  1. Acceptance of Order
    1. By completing the checkout procedure on the Toner Ink Online website, you are making an offer to purchase the goods at the advertised price. There may be instances when Toner Ink Online do not accept this offer especially if there has been a change in price or availability
    2. All orders are subject to availability.
    3. Toner Ink Online will not be legally bound by any errors on the website.
    4. Payment is taken from your credit or debit card when the order is placed and your credit card details are entered.
    5. Failure to obtain full authorisation for payment will result in the cancellation of your order.
    6. We make every effort to ensure the security of your credit card while using this site, including the use of Secure Socket Layer technology, which is the same security technology that major banks use on their websites.
    7. Our payment system checks the address that you have given with that on the credit card statement. Therefore a full address must be given which must include a full postcode and house number where applicable. It is a crime to use a false name or a known invalid credit card to order goods. All fraud attempts are reported to the appropriate authorities.
    8. The Toner Ink Online website accepts payments by most major credit and debit cards including AMEX.

    10. You may withdraw your order at any time prior to us despatching the goods without incurring a charge. If you withdraw your order after the goods have been despatched you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to Toner Ink Online. The goods must still be in their original condition and have all seals still intact.
  2. Delivery
    1. The majority of goods are despatched within one working day of receiving the order and confirmation of payment.
    2. Orders are not despatched at weekends or on Bank holidays.
    3. Orders are despatched by first class post or carrier at the discretion of Toner Ink Online
    4. For UK addresses, please allow 2 or 3 days from placing your order before enquiring about lost or missing items. Orders to European addresses can take much longer to be delivered.
    5. If you require something urgently and/or it is late in the day, please phone 01924 402337 and we will try to meet your requirements.
    6. When ordering please ensure that the delivery address details are correctly entered. Toner Ink Online cannot be responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
    7. Delivery charges are added automatically to your order and are included in the final total to pay.
    8. Toner Ink Online may arrange to have an order delivered in installments. This is normally done where Toner Ink Online are awaiting the supply of particular item(s) in order to complete an order.
  3. Privacy Policy
    1. Toner Ink Online collect details that are required in order to process orders. This information is kept on file to make it easier for you to re-order.
    2. Customer details are not sold or given to any third party under any circumstances except as required to ensure the delivery of your order.
  4. Returns
    1. Customers must ensure that they have ordered the correct goods. If in doubt please phone Toner Ink Online on 01924 402337. The goods must be in the original unopened packaging and any seals must not have been broken or damaged. Toner Ink Online are not responsible for the cost of returning such goods to them.
    2. The customer must examine the goods on receipt and report any damages, incorrectly sent goods or shortfalls within 7 working days.
    3. If any goods are found to be faulty when used, customers should inform Toner Ink Online as soon as possible.
    4. Accidental damage, misuse or neglect will not be acceptable as reasons for return.
    5. Manufacturers may change packaging and goods supplied might not appear identical to those shown on the website. The pictures on the website are for illustration purposes only and goods cannot be returned because they do not look identical to the illustrations shown.
    6. In the case of goods being faulty or incorrectly supplied by ourselves, we will refund in full. Postage costs will only be refunded if the goods being returned were the only items ordered. Alternative goods may be purchased and the refund will be deducted from the cost of these goods.
    7. Goods incorrectly ordered by the customer can be returned, if in original and saleable condition, for full refund of the product cost. In such cases, the cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the customer
    8. Where the description of a toner or ink cartridge indicates the number of copies that can be printed this is only included as a guide. The actual number of copies printed will vary according to conditions of use and therefore is not guaranteed.
